Housed in an Edwardian-era building that is more than 119 years old, Oak Park Inn is a luxurious boutique hotel that takes you back to a time when the American experience was more meaningful, and life was more indulgent. Built in 1904, the building exudes the Victorian influence popular at that time and is one of the three buildings that survived the fire of 1905. Still in functional display are many fine period antiques, some more than 140 years old. From the very moment you step into our 50-foot-long grand lobby, and onto the original flooring so beautifully restored, you will know you are in a very special place. And, during your stay here, we will make you feel very special too, guaranteed!

Hotel Policy

Hour Of Operation

  • Hotel Desk hours are 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • After hours are 8:00 PM to late night.
  • After hours check-in is available. Guests need to contact hotel 30 minutes in advance to complete your check in.
  • Hotel Contact no: 863-491-8852 Hotel Cell No: 863-969-2853 are on reservation.
  • Extra Adult Cost $20.00 per person. Rollway Bed/Crib $25, Child under 14 stay free.
  • Early Check-in or late Check-out are subject to extra fees depending on how early or late guest want to check-in or check-out. Please check with the front desk.

Parking Policy

Free parking is available in front of building, across the street in bank parking lot and behind the building.

Pet Policy

We understand how important your pets are to you, so pets are welcome at Oak Park Inn! Please make a special request when you book your stay so your furry friends can join in on the adventure.

  • Guests are not allowed to leave pet unattended.
  • Only a max of 2 pets is allowed in hotel room.
  • Pets are not allowed in breakfast area.
  • Pets should not weight more than 50 lbs.
  • Pet fees of $20 a day is required. Service dogs are no charge but certificate is required.

Smoking Policy

All of our rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke in your room, a $250.00 Smoking Penalty Charge will be applied to the credit card on file. If you smoke, please ensure that you smoke in an area permitted by the hotel.

Damages

Guest is responsible for any damage done to the hotel or hotel room. Hotel has a right to charge the credit card on file for all the damages encountered during the stay. Fees may vary depending on the damages done and replacing or restoring the room or property.

Inclement Weather

In the case of inclement weather that makes you feel unsafe, we urge you to take cover in the Public Restroom located downstairs in the main lobby.

Locked Gates

The Front Door is locked during after-hours. Guests are requested to use side door. All guests are given key during the check in time.

Call 911 for all medical, domestic, or safety emergencies.

If you subscribed to our texting, you will receive a text approximately 24 hours in advance of your reservation that contains the special instructions regarding the hotel on-site detail.
